Container Equivalents (per serving): 1-2 Green, 1 Red
4 links of fully cooked chicken sausage
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cabbage head, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 can organic diced tomatoes
1. Spray olive oil spray in large pan with lid.
2. Add cabbage and onions to pan and sautee on medium with cover on about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3. Add mushrooms and sausages and sautee 5 more minutes.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes and heat until warmed through.
Fill 1-2 green containers of the vegetables.
