Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Yellow, 1 Green, 1/2 Red
1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
1 cup of Onions, celery, carrots, etc. (whatever you want)
1 egg (You can use 2 eggs if you want)
21 Day Fix All Purpose Seasoning
1. In a nonstick skillet, spray olive oil spray.
2. Cook vegetables for 1 minute.
3. Add eggs and scramble them up.
4. Add rice and add some all purpose seasoning and stir everything together.
