Pumpkin Protein Bars

Container Equivalents (per serving): 1/2 Yellow, 1/2 Red

1 cup oat flour
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1. Line 8×8 inches baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Place oat flour, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt in food processor; pulse to mix.
3. Add pumpkin puree and honey
4. Add almond milk
5. Press dough into prepared pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
7. Cut into 16 squares 2×2 inches each.
8. Serve
