Burrito Bowl

Serves 1
Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Yellow, 1 Red, 1/2 Green, 1 Blue

1/4 cup cilantro lime rice (Recipe here) or just brown rice
1/4 cup black beans
Chicken breast, cut into bite size (seasoned with 21 Day Fix Smoky Southwestern Seasoning) (I baked this for an hour in the oven 350F)
Shredded Lettuce
Guacamole (or cheese)
Salsa (Recipe here)

1. Build your burrito bowl, by adding rice, beans, chicken, lettuce, guacamole, salsa in a bowl.
2. Enjoy!
