Container Equivalents (per serving): 1/2 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Orange
1-1/2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1. Place almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract and protein powder in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt into mixture. Mix well.
3. Heat a nonstick skillet, lightly coated with with spray, over medium-low heat.
4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until edges start to set. Flip pancake and cook for an addition minute.
