Yay! I get to eat meat again!!
I couldn’t sleep at all last night! I was perfectly fine throughout the day, but when it’s time to go to bed that’s when I start thinking about everything that’s bothering me! Sucks, huh? I did get a few hours of sleep at least. I practically live off 4 hours of sleep anyways.
Anyways, because I loved the Zoodles Breakfast Bowl I had yesterday, I just made it again today! It was just as delicious as yesterday! I just love love sweet potatoes!! For lunch, I cooked some chicken and ate it with some salad. I used the Wholly Guacamole Avocado Verde as my dressing. I have been doing some research online about finding Whole30 compliant dressings. Walmart doesn’t seem to have any that I know of, so I guess am gonna have to go to another store. After doing research, I have discovered Tessemae’s Dressings are Whole30 compliant. They also have organic ketchup, barbecue sauce….so I gotta get to the store ASAP and buy these!! I mean I can always make Whole30 compliant dressings, but I work like 60 hours a week, I just simply don’t have the time. Afterwards, I got hungry again… (maybe I was bored hungry?) so I just whipped out a can of tuna and mixed it with some spicy mustard. And then for dinner, I made Golabki, aka, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls. Instead of rice, you put “cauliflower rice”. It wasn’t as good as traditional homemade polish golabki, but it was still good! Now am thinking of making it with mushroom sauce next time. Just gotta figure out a way to make mushroom sauce whole30 compliant!
I went to the gym today and did some exercises with my friend before we did an hour of zumba! I had more energy today than usual so I killed that workout!
Overall today I felt good. Again no headaches and didn’t feel tired at all. Still feeling optimistic! Only issue I had today is that I kept feeling hungry even after I ate. I am trying to eat more protein and fat, and less carbs! But I survived Day 2!
