Whole30 Day 7

I slept sooooo good! I did notice the last few days that I had dreams…nothing crazy…then again I don’t really remember what I dreamed! I felt really good this morning! So I woke up and made myself some breakfast! I made two sunnyside up eggs, zoodles with tomatoes mixed with avocado verde, and then roasted butternut squash with sausage cooked in coconut oil. It was kind of a big breakfast, but I wanted to make sure I got my protein in, plus am going to be busy for the rest of the day, so I figured this should hold me up until lunch time.

I made myself some coffee with Califia Farms coffee creamer and a tablespoon of almond butter! So good!! I need to find other creative ideas to make coffee with no sugar. Not sure how I feel about putting coconut oil in my coffee yet…maybe tomorrow?

I snacked on some grapes! Definitely don’t want to go through what I went through yesterday! I try to avoid grapes because then my sugar dragon sneaks up on me and just keeps wanting more….but once they are gone, I won’t buy them until whole30 is over. At least it’s grapes and not cookies!

For lunch, I had the stuffed cabbage rolls again with some zoodles! I can finally switch up my lunch tomorrow!!

For dinner, I cooked up some chicken with a side of cauliflower rice. I topped the chicken with some Tessemae’s barbecue sauce. I was kinda lazy to make dinner!

Anyways, I saw my parents today and they both said it looks like I’ve lost weight! YAY!! That makes me happy because in the afternoon I felt “fat”. Not bloated, just fat. I blame the grapes!

I did go to the gym today. Got there early so I can lift some weights and then did my hour zumba class! Zumba makes me happy.

Overall, I felt a lot better today than I did yesterday. I can’t believe I am done with one week of whole30. I will write a recap of the week tomorrow!
