Whole30 Day 13

I have noticed that ever since starting whole30, I have been having more dreams. They’re not about food yet, but just random dreams. I’m just glad that they’re not nightmares!

For breakfast I ate scrambled eggs with green peppers, onions and sausage.

For lunch, I had one of the apple sausage link and about half a cup of chicken and some cut up green peppers. This is where I really wish I could eat hummus. I kinda miss hummus.

And then for dinner, I decided to cook. I made Ground Turkey With Green Beans.

I have been craving crackers all day. Actually I just miss carbs! I miss bread and I barely even ate bread a lot!

Overall, I felt good today.
