It is the start of Week 3.
For breakfast I ate scrambled eggs and sausage.
For lunch, I ate the last of the ground turkey with green beans. I also ate a banana with a tablespoon of almond butter.
For dinner, I cooked a beef patty with guacamole and salsa on top.
I felt a bit tired in the middle of the day, but I got through it.
Not going to lie, this Whole30 is starting to bore me and a part of me kinda wants to quit. I miss carbs and a part of me feels like I am not seeing results. Am going to keep trucking through though! If I’m already half way done, then might as well.
