Container Equivalents (per serving): 1/2 Red, 1/2 Green (about 6 tablespoons), 1/4 Red, 1/4 Green (about 3 tablespoons)
1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
3/4 cups plain greek yogurt
Dash of salt
1.Sprinkle salt over cucumbers in a bowl. Let stand until cucumbers are soft, about 5 minutes. Squeeze liquid from cucumbers and discard. Add dill to cucumbers.
2. Add greek yogurt to cucumbers and toss to coat.
