Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1 Purple
1/2 banana, smashed
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. In a bowl, mash the banana
2. Add eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Mix together.
3. In a nonstick skillet, spray nonstick spray
4. Cook egg mixture until ready.
5. Place a teaspoon of honey on top (optional)
6. Serve immediately.
