Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Yellow, 1 Purple
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked
1 cup water
1 teaspoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. In a small saucepan, boil the water. Add the oats, lower the heat to medium-hear and cook covered for about 5-8 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed into the oatmeal.
2. In the meantime, heat a small saucepan on medium-low. Add apples, stirring frequently until apples are softened.
3. Add apples to the oatmeal. Stir in honey and cinnamon.
4. Serve immediately.
