Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Yellow, 1/4 Purple
½ cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 cup water
Dash of salt
1. In a small saucepan, boil the water. Add the oats, lower the heat to medium-high and cook covered for about 5-8 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed into the oatmeal.
2. Add pumpkin to the oatmeal. Stir in the maple syrup and spices.
3. Serve immediately.
