1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked
1/2 banana, sliced
1 cup water
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
2 teaspoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. In a small saucepan, boil the water. Add the oats, lower the heat to medium-high and cook covered for about 5-8 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed into the oatmeal.
2. Stir in peanut butter and honey.
3. Transfer to bowl. Add sliced bananas and cinnamon.
