Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1/2 Purple, 1/2 Blue, 1/2 Orange

3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup green apple, chopped
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup sliced raw almonds
2 green onion, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
1/4 cup honey mustard dressing

Honey Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup reduced fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons dijon mustard, gluten free
3 tablespoons raw honey
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Dash of sea salt

Mix all together.

1. Combine chicken, apple, grapes, almonds, green onions, tarragon, and honey mustard dressing in a large bowl; mix well.
2. Serve 1-1/4 cups per serving.
