Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1/2 Purple, 1 Blue
3/4 cups greek yogurt, plain
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1-1/2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Dash of salt
1. Stir together pure pumpkin, yogurt, vanilla, syrup and spices until well combined.
2. Sprinkle walnuts on top and serve.
