Buffalo Greek Yogurt Dressing or Dip

1-2 tablespoons= Free
3 tablespoons = 1/4 Red
6 tablespoons = 1/2 Red
12 tablespoons (3/4 cups) = 1 Red

Ingredients
1 cup greek yogurt, plain
1 tablespoon Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & Pepper

Mix all ingredients and adjust according to taste.
