Pumpkin Banana Scrambled Eggs

Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1 Purple

2 eggs
1/2 banana, smashed
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1. In a bowl, mash the banana
2. Add pumpkin, eggs, milk, and spices
3. In a nonstick skillet, spray nonstick spray
4. Cook egg mixture until ready
5. Place a teaspoon of maple syrup on top (optional)
6. Serve immediately
