Pumpkin Maple Vinaigrette Dressing

Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Orange

1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon water

1. Whisk all the ingredients together
