Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1/2 Blue
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup walnuts halved
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 tablespoons honey
1. Combine greek yogurt, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and honey in a small bowl; set aside.
2. Spray nonstick spray on a large skillet over medium high heat.
3. Add shrimp and stir fry until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Flip shrimp and let cook for another minute or two until no longer translucent.
4. Add greek yogurt sauce and walnuts. Mix well.
