Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Blue, 1 Yellow
3 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1-2 tablespoons honey
2 cups almond meal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a mixer, add bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, honey and coconut oil; mix well.
3. Add almond flour, salt and baking soda; mix well.
4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes
