Smashed Avocado & Egg Toast

Container Equivalents (per serving): 2 Yellow, 1 Blue, 1 Red, 1/4 Green

Ingredients
2 slices of whole grain bread
1/4 cup smashed avocado
2 sunny-side up eggs
Slices of tomatoes

1. Mash avocado with juice from lemon wedge and sea salt to taste.
2. Spread on top of toast.
3. Top with eggs and fresh tomato slices.
4. Season with a little salt and pepper.
