1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups snow peas
2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 teaspoons sesame oil
Nonstick cooking spray
1. In a large skillet lightly coated with cooking spray, cook chicken breast pieces over medium heat until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan; set aside.
2. In the same pan, add broccoli, mushrooms, and snow peas. Cook until vegetables begin to soften, about 6 to 8 minutes.
3. Add chicken back to pan with vegetables and add the liquid aminos, chicken broth and sesame oil.
4. Serve with 1/2 cup brown rice (1 Yellow)
