Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Yellow, 1 Blue, 1 Red
1 slice of whole grain toast
1/4 cup smashed avocado
1 egg, fried
2 slices of turkey bacon, cooked
1. Mash avocado with juice from lemon wedge and sea salt to taste.
2. Spread on top of toast.
3. Top with bacon and fried egg
