Pasta With Chicken, Tomatoes & Spinach

Serves 4
Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green, 1 Teaspoon

1 pound chicken breast
2 cups cooked whole wheat rotini noodles
2 cups spinach
1 cup grape tomatoes
Tablespoon olive oil
Crushed red peppers

1. In a pan, sauté garlic in a teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil.
2. Add chicken, pasta, tomatoes, spinach and cook until everything is warm and spinach has shriveled.
3. Add crushed red peppers for a kick!
4. And enjoy!
