3/4 cups boneless chicken breast
Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1-2 Green- Mixed Greens- lettuce, shredded carrots, etc.
2 tablespoons of Greek Yogurt Ranch (Find recipe here)
1. In a medium skillet, spray non-stick spray. Cook diced chicken until no longer pink.
2. Cover chicken with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
3. In a plate, place your mixed greens. Top with 1/4 of the red container with the ranch.
4. Place buffalo chicken on top of the ranch.
