Banana Coconut Cookies

Serves 8 (2 cookies each per serving)

2 ripe bananas, mashed
1-1/3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Lightly coat baking sheet with spray. Set aside.
3. Combine bananas, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and walnuts; mix well.
4. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes.

  1. I’m a little confused by the containers used for this recipe? Why is there no purple involved or orange for the coconut? Thanks!
