Container Equivalents (per serving): 1 Red, 1 Yellow
1/2 cup quinoa
3/4 cup boneless chicken breast
Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1. Cook quinoa according to directions.
2. In a medium skillet, spray non-stick spray. Cook diced chicken until no longer pink.
3. Cover chicken with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
4. Mix it with the quinoa
5. Add chopped celery stalks, green onion. This is optional. I didn’t count this towards green but if you want to, go right ahead.
