1 pound extra lean ground turkey
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup yellow pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups green beans
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil cooking spray
1. In a skillet, spray olive oil spray over medium high heat.
2. Add ground turkey and cook for about 10 minutes. Add onions and garlic.
3. Add peppers, green beans and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook until vegetables are tender.
5. Top with cilantro
