Is almond milk considered a yellow? Or freebie?
According to Autumn Calabrese, 1/2 cup or less of almond milk is a freebie. However, a cup of unsweetened almond milk is considered a yellow. Here is a video where Autumn answers this question.
Is cream cheese allowed on the 21 Day Fix eating plan?
No, because cream cheese is high in saturated fat. Fat-free cheese may be slightly healthier than regular cream cheese, but most likely it uses preservatives to replace the fat. If you’re thinking of cream cheese on bagels, a healthier alternative is hummus.
Why are nuts both in blue and orange containers?
It’s all about whole vs. chopped nuts. Whole nuts would be considered blue containers while chopped nuts are orange containers. As Autumn explained, whole nuts take up more space, but when you start chopping them down, you can fit more. Here is a video where Autumn answers this question.
Are Quest Bars fixed approved?
If it’s not on the list, then you shouldn’t eat it! However, if you must eat it, then you should count it as a treat! Here is a video where Autumn answers this question.
